Care about customers with professional service; provide complete installation, use, maintenance, and other information and training; and track product transport, storage precautions, etc.
After-sales
Establish a customer service system, enter customer files, on-site technical problems, and maintenance information into the service system, and technical engineers provide technical support online or on-site according to the customer’s requirements.
